the facilitators who have led to this outcome for England that many of us thought would happen.

And I tell you what, I might be joined by one of them here because I'm tired. I'm tired of the

excuses. It's like deja vu. Leopards don't change their spots. Welcome, Will.

Lovely to be here. I think we're going to have an informed, passionate and exciting debate about

the future of England football and enjoy what we've just had, which, you know, we've seen Harry

Kane win another golden boot. Yeah, well, retire. But points of view, get in the chat.

Look, I'm going to start off with it. I think that I can be even handed. There will be some

points that I do understand. For example, I understand the younger generations loving with

Southgate, if you think that if you were born post-2000, this last few years would be your Italian 90, your Euro 96.

Well, yeah, I do understand that.

But for those of us who remember other times, I just think there is no excuse for the likes

of Carragher, Neville, the mainstream, the media, you know, the journalists who,

I don't, I don't get it. I mean, there seems to be a cowardice this morning that I find

repulsive in, in a world of, you know, opinion. And what I mean by that will is, and I'm sure

you're ready to agree with me, is that, look, everybody's entitled

to an opinion, but look at England across this tournament, moments of Bellingham and Watkins

and Saka, and even Palmer in the final, but ultimately, consistently, poor football,

the buzz to go, the buzz around the team has been, you know, non-existent. It's been, you know, lots of arguments, lots of bad football. And the team that's won the tournament is the well-coached team and the better team lost with poor coaching. And yet after the game and this morning, and I've even got notes from here, there's very few people in the media saying that England need to change their manager
