What if the official numbers for coronavirus cases and deaths in the United States aren't

actually true?

What if they are a severe undercount that omits hundreds of thousands of infections that

spread through the population, undetected in January and February, before social distancing

restrictions were imposed, and schools and businesses shut down in a belated attempt

to combat the deadly virus?

That is increasingly the view of many top scientists who are trying to get a handle, and

just how big is the pandemic we are dealing with?

We'll talk to one of those doctors who has done groundbreaking work on what he calls

the silent chain of transmission of COVID-19.

And we'll talk to George Packer of the Atlantic on his recent piece arguing that America is

fast resembling a failed state on this episode of Skull Duggery.
