And the guidance is pretty simple. You can't throw one of your colleagues

under the bus to your boss without giving that colleague a heads up. The reason we're putting this out now, if you've never heard of this

concept before you've got to learn it but here's why we're doing it now because

being distant from somebody and not seeing their face and not being in the meeting with

them when you rat them out to your boss even if in fact they didn't do what they're supposed to do, it's so much easier to make this mistake

when people are remote. So you can't drop a dime on a colleague even though it's easier because you're managing people remotely.

You just can't do it.
