brother how you doing what up man I know he was gonna stick that landing I was like

wait a minute I receive it I receive that I receive that. I receive that.

Hey man, a little fluidity, a little freestyle on my feet, you know what I'm saying?

No, but so a lot of people don't realize, but I've known Adam for so many years, went to college

together at the same time, and so we have some war stories that we trade.

And this brother is so incredible to me, I think because the way in which Adam processes life also through that hilarious lens

but also through a very rooted faith and you know I know I'm gassing you up right now. I was like, I was like, I was like,

I was like, I was like, I was send this to my mom right now,

like, she need to know.

No, but I've really appreciated your insights

and I've quoted you many times on a podcast. having you on again is really an honor for me and we just wanted to do a COVID check in man we wanted to check in with our listeners see how you're feeling how you're doing and we had both had a couple of

thoughts that were kind of probably unrelated but also could probably also tie in as

well and this is the overarching view of ourselves in the midst of this and so maybe it's good for us to take a moment and check in because

One of the things that I'm seeing Adam is that many of us are not being self-aware as the moments continue to go on.

Right, right.

And many of us are kind of treating, I heard this analogy from Andy Kraut.
