thank you for jumping on the show. Hi it's it's so exciting to be back talking with you

guys I just have to say on a personal note I work with Christine not directly but our paths cross on occasion

and she is a wealth of information which you are going to find out on Monday and she was able to answer every one of your questions that you sent in.

Yeah. And I feel better. I feel like knowledge is a tool especially now. It's okay.

It's so easy to start. Shut up for just one minute.

It's so easy to start clicking on stuff and go down a rabbit hole and just be consumed by fear and anxiety and depression and all these other things and it's compounded by the fact that we can't leave our living rooms and we're all teaching our children

homeschooling and still having to do our job does not help but anyway having the knowledge

and hearing some of these things it's like okay there are smart people out there

that are combating this with just all their might and we are doing

things in the community that is making this better and it was really reassuring to

hear that. I'm really glad that you said that because I

completely agree obviously from a subjective viewpoint but the public health

community is working 24-7 I mean the folks they are working so hard to do

everything we can to stop it and to educate the public and that is exactly why

there's all these just would seem like crazy orders coming out about staying home and social distancing is because trying so hard to really limit the effect of this.
