You were created to fill a unique role.

That means you are valuable because you're needed.

But it also means that you must do it.

I think you have a duty to show up and be the best version of you in your work.

There's two major areas of purpose in our life.

One are relationships, family and friends, and then in our work.

In both places, relationships and work, so the personal and the professional, in both

places, we are needed.

There's a role that we are created to play.

And when we don't do it, it's not just about being happy, but it's about the responsibility.

Somebody needs you to show up and be you.

When you do your work, you're creating a result.

Are you doing work that you're good at?

Are you doing work that you love to do?
