Fast forward four years to election night 2020, and it is an election that could be shrouded

in uncertainty. With the U.S. in the grips of a pandemic, clearly its impact on the election

is unknown at this point, but how about the conducting of the election itself?

Could election results be delayed or challenged?

As we saw earlier this month in Wisconsin, in the midst of a pandemic, casting your vote is anything but easy.

As of today, at least 52 people who voted or worked the election in Wisconsin have tested

positive for the virus. The Wisconsin primary became a symbol of the chaos the virus could

wreck on democracy, and November's

pivotal election looms large. Again, just last night, presumptive Democratic nominee,

Joe Biden alleged that President Trump is looking to, quote, undermine the election,

telling a fundraiser crowd, amid this pandemic, we have to figure out how we are going to conduct a fair and full and safe election in November.

That he went on to say, we know that's not what the president's looking to do.

Of course, the president has suggested that the election will proceed in November as planned.
