0:03.0	And first off, we just want to say thank you
0:05.1	to all of you who have reached out to us this past week.
0:08.4	We are getting in touch with as many of you as we can.
0:12.4	So I have this friend who works in an ER in New York City,
0:16.6	which as you probably know is where the highest number
0:20.1	of people in the US now have COVID-19,
0:24.4	and where the highest number of people are dying from it.
0:27.7	Anyway, last week I called her to ask what she was seeing.
0:31.8	And back then, she was like,
0:34.4	I'm in Manhattan, things seem pretty normal so far,
0:37.2	maybe because a lot of people left town.
0:40.3	And then just a few days later, I called her again.
0:43.6	And I was like, how's it going now?
0:45.9	And she was like, oh my God, it's terrible.
0:49.5	It's really terrible.
0:51.3	Like, truly terrible.
0:53.7	I can't play you the recording of our calls.
0:57.0	She's afraid if she uses her name,
0:59.0	or even if someone recognizes her voice, she could get fired.
1:03.1	So I'm just gonna tell you what she's at.
1:06.2	At her hospital, primary care doctors are doing a lot
