What is it?

So let me start out with our big vision and that's basically a global,

borderless collaborative future of work where you don't have to join a company anymore

to work on interesting projects or to work with interesting and able colleagues.

So we basically want to replace corporations and traditional organizations with smart contracts that are run on a blockchain

where you basically don't interact with a centralized intermediary anymore but with an open and transparent protocol for the future of work.

So that's kind of the big vision that allows people to self-organize in a decentralized way and they don't have to sit in the same office every

day with the same colleagues anymore.

And so coming from the big vision, what does that actually mean?
