Karenda podcast. We're joined by UNC women's basketball coach Courtney Banghart. What's going on,

Courtney? I'm so happy to be here. You know, how are you? I'm great. Yeah, it's awesome. We can get you on.

You know, it's a different time in our lives. And I've been very interested in your career and what you were building at UNC so I thought I reached out and worked out we have you on now yeah it's it we've got some

we do have time in this in this new reality we do have that for sure so how has it been for you

the last couple months kind of dealing with the corona stuff and recruiting and and

trying to kind of keep your program rolling through this weird time. Yeah,

you know, I think it's a true example of what that great Charles Darwin quote that said that

survival is actually those that can adapt, right? It's not survival of the fittest. It's adaptability

that's important. And, you know, this being my first full spring at Carolina and not being able

to show the essence and ethos of this place

to recruits has forced us to really adapt.

And then on top of that, my first spring of player development that I haven't been able to

have in my team.

So there's a lot of things that are new for coaching that we've all had to adapt to.

But we're safe.
