Andy, we kicked off the conversation last month, so to set us up for today, why don't

you connect the dots between courage and leadership?

Yeah, thanks, Lane.

Leaders challenge what is for the sake of what could be in should be.

We talk about that all the time.

The leaders challenge what is, they challenge the status quo in light of what could be in should

be.

And challenging the status quo always requires a measure of courage.

It requires courage because there's always going to be pushback, there's always going to

be feedback, there are always reasons something shouldn't be done, otherwise somebody would

already be doing it.

So at some point we have to gear ourselves up.

And I think every leader listening, you know the routine you go through before you walk

into that meeting, before you talk to an investor, before you make a presentation before

the board.

You're not this idea, you're confident, but you know, you know, you can already see the

expressions on their faces, you can anticipate some of those questions.

And there's a little bit of fear and trepidation.

And the thing that sets us apart oftentimes from what, how we see courage displayed in movies
