So I took the opportunity in this show to go down to Central America to El Salvador, and I had a chance to interview Maria, Eugenia Barrentios,

who's a wonderful physician down there, she's innovative, she created a network of doctors, she treated tens of thousands of patients through her network with COVID-19,

and she came up with conclusions separately, very similar to that of Dr. Sankarit Chetty in South Africa.

You had a chance to hear Dr. Chetty several episodes ago, so I wanted to dedicate the long format to this interview since I had a chance to reach down to Central America,

We're heading in to cold and flu season this fall, and whether it's influenza or SARS-CoV-2 or yet another pathogen that's going to enter our house,
