0:49.5	And my biggest prayer in it is that you guys feel understood and seen and less alone in it.
0:59.2	And maybe what I have to say is a little shocking for some of you guys because maybe, you know,

1:12.4	and stuff it might be clear to you guys of the things that I'm doubting myself in right now but
