My beauty. Hello. How are you gorgeous? It's so great to be here with you today.

Bonjourno from Florence, Italy. It is a glorious sunny morning, my time. And I wanted to pop on here

because there was just really a stirring in my heart.

I feel like there's a message for all of us in this, which is about having the courage to do life

differently.

Taking some risks, getting out of the routine, shaking it up a little bit. And I really have my

travels of the last five weeks to think for this. I have been, if you didn't know, solo traveling.

Glenn had some things to do in the U.S. and I do get to pick him up in Pisa today.

We'll see if we see the leading tower or not, but the point is five weeks of solo adventure

has gifted me with glorious new experiences, rich girlfriend times, just really soothing time by myself and just the joy of

the adventure of travel and seeing new sights and tasting new foods.

And it has really gotten me thinking differently, which I'm grateful for.

You know, I think that, you know, being from the U.S. and so much of the Western culture and mentality, A, of course, is about work, and B, it's about

routine. And C, it's like everyone's like saying, this is how you get to be successful. And

of course, every one of us desires success.

But success is only a success if we ourselves have defined it and are creating it based on our

values. And so I'm just realizing where I'm changing some of my priorities and what I used to value and

letting my spirit evolve and it feels really, really great.

You know, my routine in the U.S. is like wake up, meditate, work out, check emails, have coffee,

get down to business.

And, I mean, you know, Europe does have its own way, particularly Italy, of just slowing you down. And I'm, I'm grateful you're here with me

because you can like bring Italy home with you because the mentality is for all of us.
