My dad, he had a business trip in Memphis of all places.

And so he asked me if I wanted to go with him.

And I'm like, okay, thinking I'm about to get like a manicure or something. I'm like, this is awesome. No, we go down there. And it's in the middle of December. And he pull, we go down to the pool, which is outdoor pool,

and he pulls back the little plastic cover it's in the middle of December. And he pull, we go down to the pool,

which is outdoor pool, and he pulls back the little plastic cover that's over the pool. And he says, jump in. And I'm like, that, I'll literally die if I jump in that pool. And he says, no. He says, this is your first mental toughness test. He says, you're going to jump in. You're not going to chatter your teeth, you're not going to shiver. You're not even allowed to say, I'm cold. And so I'm sitting there like, wanting to call my mom because of my mom would never let this happen. But I ended up jumping in the pool. I tread water for probably five-ish or so minutes. And finally, he let me come out. And I'm saying they're so confused. You know, why did you

just make me do that? He said, I want you to realize there's no such thing as being cold.

He said there's such thing as absence of heat. But, but, you know, cold is just a mindset. And once
