Summary

They left each other emotionally years ago, but with three kids they have been trying to keep it together. For the last two weeks they find themselves confined to a small apartment in Sicily, Italy — he bears the brunt of the domestic duties at home all day. She must report to the hospital every day to help usher in new life as a midwife. 1:05.0	For me it's difficult just because the children are nervous to stay all the time inside.

1:17.0	My oldest is turning 8 and it's both days coming up soon.
1:21.0	So they start into awesome questions.
1:24.0	I'm going to have a birthday.
1:26.0	And as they are dealing with impending losses, they are also revisiting the multiple
1:33.0	losses that happen in their own relationship with each other.
1:37.0	Originally, the kids are in Sicily for work, we met her, we found love.
1:41.0	But at some point we just lost their ability to talk to each other.
1:45.0	This is a problem that we have, it's a communication problem.
