A little sheep told me that you were having difficulty falling asleep, and that's okay. That happens to all of us. I'm here to help.

And oddly enough I have 101 little sheep that I'll be counting

Let's start by visualizing the field of our fluffy little friends.

Close your eyes and visualize a field with a long fence.

In the middle of this lush green field are 101 fluffy little sheep.

They're just grazing along happy as can be and they are excited for

the journey that awaits them on the other side of the fence. There's a white picket fence separating them from this

wonderful journey. The first sheep approaches, she's the brave one in the group.

And with a very deep breath, she jumps over the fence, making us start with one.

She has led by example, and now the other sheep are ready to jump the fence alongside her.

So let's count as the rest of the sheep follow our lead. Two sheep, three sheep, four, five sheep, six sheep, seven.
