We've all heard about counting sheep when we go to bed, and this can help us drift off to sleep.

As our mind doesn't concentrate, on perhaps the thoughts that are keeping us up.

Tonight we'll be counting playing cards together. I'm going to shuffle a packet of cards

and read the names of the card out to you as we count down from the 52nd card to the last card left.

I want you to imagine each card face in your mind's eye as I name each one. And you will relax

your mind, and only good thoughts will come in if any. I'd love to share a quick fact of
