The House has passed legislation, changing electoral vote counting process for presidential

elections.

There's nine Republicans who voted with this, and yes, they are not running for

a reelection or they are retiring.

Now, this bill is a change to the Constitution, which Congress really does not have the authority to do.

The change of the Constitution, you need a constitutional convention in two-thirds majorities.

The part that I'm talking about specifically is the ability of federal courts to have jurisdiction over state election laws.

This is a complete attack on the United States Constitution and our rights and freedoms as Americans.

And a hijacking of the election laws and our elections here in the United States of America by the liberal radical Democrats.
