So, welcome back to our podcast. If you guys are new here, we talk all about the pains of growing up.

So whether that is boyfriends, periods, relationships, but also trying to give you guys a good distraction from everything that's happening in the world right now.

Honestly, I was just trying to avoid using more P words because I always say

so I was trying to like panic and think of other things that don't start with P.

We cover loads of stuff and we just want to create a space that you guys feel as safe

for you and where you can send in scenarios and we can answer just completely openly and honestly

and we talk about loads of taboo topics that aren't talked about enough and just stuff

that we really want to get conversations going about.

Yeah.

So in this episode, it's going to be all about counselling and it's interesting because

we do receive quite a lot of DMs actually to talk about this

because me and Liv have our own separate journeys with it.
