We're going to have a lot about, a lot of more officials are reacting now to Karen Bass and her comments last week with Alex

Michelson on Fox 11 and elsewhere where she claimed she frankly wasn't aware of the fire

warnings. Among other things she said, she then fired Kristen Crowley, the fire chief

on Friday.

And there are some people on the city council who would like to override that firing, and they can.

There's 15 members on the city council.

If 10 of the 15 agreed that Crowley's job should be saved, they could override Bass's order. And we're going

to talk to Monica Rodriguez because she is trying to convince other council members to do exactly

that. She's a council member of the 7th District. Monica, welcome. Thank you for having me.

I represent the communities of North Hills, Mission Hills, Silmar, Pekwima, Shurlundah,

Shadow Hills, and Latuna Canyon.
