signature if wholly impractical campaign pledge, to build a wall from sea to shining sea

and have Mexico pay for it.

So when Trump failed to deliver, Colter turned on him and accused him of being a wimp and

running a, quote, joke presidency that scam the American people.

Colter's stinging attacks on Twitter, along with the tongue lashing on talk radio by

her ideological ally, Russian Limbaugh, is widely credited with brow-beating Trump and

leading directly to the recent government shutdown.
