I'm thinking back to all the fun things that happened in 2022 and one of the greatest hits that I never expected.

I got to have fond d' steak this year.

Have you ever had fondue steak?

I mean, is that not where you're just like at the melting pot where they bring you a plate of raw meat and you put it in the bubbly thing for a few minutes?

Try not to burn your mouth.

It was so close to that.

I was at Theodore Roosevelt National Park and we were going to watch what they call the musical.

And they take these stakes and they pop them on a pitchfork.

They shove them into a barrel of boiling hot oil and hold them down there, pop them back out.

I'm like, wasn't that just fried steak?

Like calling it fond dude steak.

Like, I don't know.

If you told me that you were just going to take a bunch of

chrisko pour it in a barrel pop some steak in it for a few minutes and then pop it back out i'm like

no i'm good probably probably don't need that but when you dress it up and you call it fondue steak

delicious premo delicious so fun so great so that's a big moment for me from 2022 call it fondue steak delicious. Dish. Primo. Delicious. So fun.
