I'm thinking back to all the fun things that happened in 2022 and one of the greatest hits

that I never expected. I got to have fondue steak this year. Have you ever had fondue steak?

Uh, I mean, is that not where you just like at the melting pot where they bring you

played a raw meat and you put it in the bubbly thing for a few minutes?

This is trying not to burn your mouth. It was so close to that. I was at Theodore Roosevelt

National Park and we were going to watch what they call the musical and they take these steaks

and they pop them on a pitch fork. They shove them into a barrel of boiling hot oil and hold them

down there, pop them back out. I'm like, wasn't that just fried steak like calling it fondue steak?

Like, I don't know. If you told me that you were just going to take a bunch of of

crisco, pour it in a barrel, pop some steak in it for a few minutes and then pop it back out.

I'm like, no, I'm good. Probably probably don't need that. But when you dress it up and you

call it fondue steak, delicious. Delicious. Delicious. So fun. So great. So that's a big moment for
