Summary

Could British ministers - and British civilians who fought with the Israeli Defence Forces - face prosecution for aiding and abetting Israel's war crimes?

A new legal case has been launched - including a criminal complaint alleging UK government ministers' complicity in war crimes which has been lodged with the Metropolitan Police. Could this really lead someone?

I speak to Tayab Ali, partner at Bindmans LLP and Head of International Law, and one of the driving forces behind the International Centre of Justice for Palestinians which is driving the case.
