and it's a big honour to be joined by Paul Holden, who has a new devastating book out, which is

very appropriately called The Ford,

which is obviously all about the Starma Projects.

Paul, firstly, great to see you. How are you doing?

I'm very good. Thanks for having me on.

It's a big honour to have you. Let's just start so this book uh you've just published um which has already made a lot of waves that's had a huge amount of coverage um in the weeks running up to publication and i i understand was causing panic in number 10 um so you know we can all get a bit of shadowed out of that.

Can you just give a broad brush before I just talk?

I want to go talk to some of the kind of the actual kind of grim details of all.

What's the broad brush kind of conclusions of this book about what we're dealing with

in terms of the Starma project, if you want.

Sure. I mean, the book is a sort of almost a decade-long history, really,

looking at the Labour Party and Kirstama's rise to power from 2015 to 2025 to

2025, really taking up to the end of his first year in power.

And the idea behind it was to explore the sort of incredible levels of deception, dishonesty,

and illegality that drove him to power.
