And I would say that there's going to be a really good bunch of coaching candidates available for a lot of these jobs.

And there's still one job I'm still waiting to hear about, and that's Tampa Bay.

The ownership there is well liked. You have Baker Mayfield. You have the quarterback. There's a team that's won multiple Super Bowls in their history. They've got a great fan base. The weather is a hell of a lot better than it is up here. I mean, that would be a competitive place for Jim Harbaugh. The glaciers don't mess around. You know, they own one of those soccer teams over in Europe and, you know, they, they

went after Arians, they got Arians, you know, they brought in Todd Bowles after he got fired by the jets. They got Tom Brady for God's six. And they went and got Tom Brady. That's what I'm saying. Yeah. So, you know, they may feel like they need a jolt or something with their fans because of the disappointing finish to their season.

And I can understand after 18 years, just like Bill Belichick in New England, you know, after 20 years.

I mean, like, and you don't have the same players and not everybody's following the same suit and players change the game changes.

You know, and I think in the case of Baltimore, once that story came out about Lamar Jackson, you know, that came from internally.

There was something internal there.

And I don't know if that was internal.

So Steve Bashad of the owner would read it and say, you know what,

we got a problem at quarterback. Or was that planted by somebody in the coaching staff to protect

the head coach? Yeah. You know, you never know. And you never know about the internal

relationships that are going on. I would think that Joe Shane is going to do what John Marrow wants him to do.
