How are you?

I'm doing great, Chase. Great to be back on. Talked to football and baseball today. It's finally good weather in Knoxville, so enjoying that last couple of days. It's been great. Can work outside a little bit now. I'll work from home. so I'm already cooped up inside enough as is,

so it's nice to be able to work outside this time of year. I was getting my steps in yesterday. And Jack, let me tell you, today I'm on the shelf. Like, I am icing off and on. I think I have some knee burstitis. I've got it. Getting your mid-30s is great. Like, you just, your knee hurts from getting back into the walking 10,000 steps like I'm just walking um and my knee is flared up um from many years of wear and tear of running uh pick up hoops all that kind of stuff has really come back to bite me in my 30s um and I'm just I'm dragging man like it's it's hard like I'm not kidding I'm not going to be able to enjoy I'm just going to sit dragging, man. Like, it's, it's hard. Like, I'm not kidding.

I'm not going to be able to enjoy.

I'm just going to sit outside, like a very old man on my front stoop and just, uh, ice my knee and enjoy the sun for a little bit. But I'm, I got to take the day off of, uh, of walking. I'm not even running. Like I can't even run again because of permanent arthritis in my left foot when I broke out a couple years ago.

It's just I'm breaking down.

This is depressing.

Just stop. This is. They don't call them Jack Empathy Foster for nothing. Empathy is his middle name. Like, the vibes are supposed to be high, man. It's 65. They were high yesterday. Like, the weather was great, and the vibes are not not high today in the Thomas household with the status of my knee, man. Like, I don't know. The vibes aren't great for Calisi the dog, who she's looking to me like, are we not going to the park today? Is that out of the question? So, um... Are you, are you questionable or doubtful for Sunday? What's Sunday? What's your injury designation? Oh, I'm out for the weekend. Like, I'm out.
