Have you been involved in personnel decision? Not as much. I don't, you know, I think that, you know, for me. Do you want to be involved, Russ? Yeah, I think it helps. I think it helps to be involved more. But I think that's, that dialogue should happen more often, in my opinion. You never want to be sacked that many times, you know, 400 times, basically is way too many. way too many that's got to be fixed, you know, and has to be, you know, at the end of the day. Because my goal is to play, you know, 10, 15 more years. Do you believe that, that Seattle has gotten calls? Yeah, I definitely believe they've gotten calls for sure. You're not available, are you? Well, Mike, I'll tell you, I was surprised when I heard that because, as you well know,

having interviewed Russell Wilson 400 times,

which you have, has he ever once said anything even remotely, slightly controversial?

Or even remotely slightly challenging to the status quo in Seattle? Not really. And so that's why this one opened my eyes a little bit.

It did surprise me. And it says, it obviously says that Russell Wilson is not entirely happy

with the status quo in Seattle. And the follow-up all Wednesday from Dan Patrick was that the powers that be in Seattle,

not entirely happy with Russell Wilson's decision to break so far from character.

I mean, this guy was the consummate company man his entire career.

He was resented by teammates.

He was made fun of by teammates for being
