I'm the guy who decided it would be a good idea to drive down to Philadelphia because I don't mind a long drive.

I actually like a long drive.

Turns out it was a little longer than I was hoping for on the way back, the way back. It's a little bit of a stop and drive. Yeah,

so there's this place. It's called New York City. And they tend, I guess they've just got a lot of people

there, a lot of cars, a lot of traffic. So, you know, hey, you live and you learn.

Yeah, I wasn't fully down with the drive down, but it didn't go badly for you. Like I was like on the weekend, you went down on Sunday night and I'm like, oh, it's going to be short traffic

and city traffic, but it went down okay. But it's just hard. you have to leave it like two in the morning three in the

morning to get through that stuff go through there be that as it may um you'll be happy to know

Phil that I just took the Mayo cold shower came in after I wrote my story today I went in

balls hit balls for about 40 minutes I said I don't take a bail cold shower and see what it does for me.

And I feel, I feel enlivened so enlivened that I'm in right now embroiled in the pretty good
