Yeah man, ladies. Let's jump right into it man. It's the game come on in the hour. So hey, you talk about voting and that was the reason why we're here tonight right?

We need everybody, especially black man. That's why we come in a lot. That's what we chose is location.

I got to be honest with you all. There are a few things that hurt me more each election season than stage photo apps of politicians and black barbershops.

Maybe I shouldn't say it's so loudly, but black men we exist in so many other spaces besides the barbers chair. You know, we like sandwich shops and park benches and where you get the point.

Right. Well, here's the thing. I just want you to vote.

Yet here we are just a few days before the election at a barbershop and I can't front this time feels different.

I would like for you to vote for me, but it's really up to you who you vote for. So really it's your prerogatives.

The place is called exclusive cuts in Orlando, Florida about two dozen guys are there mass on after shop hours with state representative Chavarris McCurdy and state senator Randolph Bracey.

Both of them dressed way down no suits, no ties, no kissing babies tonight.

The idea is to get a bunch of guys together with some music and some food and some drink to talk politics with partitions, which is new for a lot of these brothers.

I appreciate the event.

I think we're in a place where we really have to empower the men and our community black men and our community to understand the importance of government.

You know, all levels, not praise you guys doing as well because you're doing right now is your meanness halfway.

But I think about black male voters in particular. I think about three areas that have to be addressed.

Number one, readiness, number two, powerlessness, and finally, purposelessness creating.

And in a swing state like Florida, local Democrats like McCurdy and Bracey are looking to get every single one of these guys to turn out to vote on November 3rd.

They're also trying some, let's just call them less conventional ways to reach these potential voters.

Who would have ever thought that we have politics in G5 and strip club? Who would have ever thought that we have politics in the strip club?

That, my friends, is an event organized at a gentleman's club in Miami Gardens.
