Okay, so this is fascinating. So obviously Costco, a major, what do we call them a wholesaler? Is that what they are? Yeah. Good chance you've got to, if you live in any sort of, if you're within the sound of our voice, there's probably a Costco within driving distance of you, right? They're everywhere. And they are now suing NBC, various other, numerous other media

outlets having this story. They are now suing the Trump administration and they're asking the

court of international trade to strike down Trump's tariffs as unlawful and give them all their

money back. Yeah, they want a full refund on tariffs.

They argue that Donald Trump's use of emergency powers to create the tariffs was not allowed by law.

Now, of course, that decision has not been made yet.

Yes, it's currently in front of the Supreme Court.

And the Supreme Court, so one of the cool things that has happened in the past decade is the Supreme Court has now allowed oral recording, I guess would be the word where there's still no cameras in the Supreme Court.

But it used to be just bad sketches and handwritten notes, and now they release

the oral transcript or whatever it is, like the recording of the event from each day.
