service would love you. That's our goal right I mean that's that's the ultimate

goal it's gonna take a while to get there but I have no doubt that we will one day

We're going to dip into the full mail bag. We will look at

one restaurant chain's attempt to turn its business around. We'll talk retail. And let's start with one of the biggest retailers out there,

Costco. Their third quarter profits up 9% from a year ago. That's good. Same store sales down 1%. First time since 2009 they have had a

quarterly drop in same store sales that no one's freaking out about this nor

should they. Still kind of surprising though yeah
