In this particular evening, Cosmo was getting ready to head out to work, delivering dreams,

and Astrid was meant to be coming too. They always flew out with their father, Orion,

who was a dream giver too. Their mother, Nova, was a teacher at the dream giver's training

academy where all young dream givers went to school.

Just as Cosmo and Astrid had strapped up their shoes and dusted off their wings, they

went to reach for their satchels of dream dust. To their surprise, they were empty. There
