All right, everybody, welcome. It's so great to be here with you today for this edition of the Cosmic Connection. Today's subject is, is astrology a spiritual practice. So this is a little bit of a dovetail off of

last week but we're going to go into a lot of new territory. So for those of you who don't know me, my name's

Yay. Well, it's like a metronome.

You and I and everyone else here probably has many things that they do in their life

but you know Thursday afternoon tick next Thursday afternoon talk and it's like it's the afternoon, talk. Talk.

And it's like the metronome that was on my piano

when I was a kid learning piano.

It's, as long as you played along with that,

with those beats, it almost mattered less what you were playing as long as you hit the beat so here we are hitting the beat.

It's so true and it's it definitely is relevant for our topic today because we

the moon and the the moon cycle offers a very similar kind of metronome energy

for us and especially when you work with it for different kinds of rituals and things.

Yeah, no, absolutely and I didn't even have that in mind when I said it except except it's obviously it does, it is what we're talking about today, or at least our entry into what we're talking about today, because you said something very interesting. You said it is a new moon and the Virgo in me not that I have any planets

in Virgo just to be clear but we don't need to have planets in a sign to have that energy in us.

The Virgo in me said, no, it's not a new moon.

The new moon was at 4 a.m. Pacific time.

That was like, hours ago. Right. You know and and and this is really a very key point and interesting point because the new moon and the full moon which are technically

loonations. The word loonation originally just meant the new moon.

It was the lunar tick-tock.
