0:40.6	about over time, and I'm sure Rick's heard this question a million times but it is how do we healthfully or what are healthy ways to deal with difficult aspects, difficult transit, difficult

0:59.7	Yeah, it's a really good question and it breaks down in a lot of different ways and unlike some topics that you throw a question at me and then 50 minutes later I pause for a breath and you get to say something,
