Summary

Corye Blagg, 22 years of age at the time, began chatting with a decoy who said she was a thirteen-year-old girl. Blagg was considered a "fast mover." He transitioned from introducing himself to the decoy to requesting to meet and continuously asking for the address to the sting house in the first six minutes of the chat. Blagg suggested that he could take the decoy's virginity in the hot tub after she revealed that she was a virgin and owned said hot tub. Blagg said he would bring chocolate-flavored condoms when the decoy inquired whether he would bring condoms. Blagg drives an hour and 45 minutes to the sting house.
