0:19.1	Welcome to you if you're new. And all the rest of y'all. What's up?
0:25.5	How are we feeling? I hope that this new year's gotten off to a decent start for you.
0:35.1	But if it hasn't, it's okay.
0:39.9	I think it's ridiculous, actually, that we put all this pressure on ourselves to get off to a good start.
0:45.4	You know, we have this New Year's resolutions and this notion that in January,
0:51.6	we're supposed to like come in hot, you know, we're supposed to like come in hot.
0:54.8	You know, we're supposed to be hit the ground running in 2022.
0:59.5	I call bullshit on that.
1:02.1	You know why?
1:03.4	Because I'm sitting here in the attic, and if you hear last week, I mentioned there was some snow on the ground.
1:09.3	There still is, but I can't see it because the windows are completely frosted over.
1:14.2	The temperature has dropped drastically here in Pennsylvania.
1:17.2	It's like 15 degrees out there.
1:20.4	And it feels like the dead of winter right now.
1:25.9	So everything that the environment is saying to me
1:30.7	would have me just sleeping and not doing stuff.
1:37.1	Like I really ought to be in a more hibernation mode.
1:41.8	But there's this other voice in my head that's like,
1:45.2	it's irresponsible, you got to get to work.
