However, the Trump Administration remains optimistic—with General Motors, for example, announcing an increase in domestic manufacturing. 6:20pm- Rich notes that the stock market’s downward trend is, at least in part, due to media panic. And rest assured, if the tariffs end up having a negative impact on the economy, President Donald Trump will alter his strategy.
