Yeah, he lost me. He lost me there. I mean, I admire people who are that committed to.

Eating chicken and broccoli and no alcohol. Yeah, I mean, it's definitely a lifestyle that I, I mean, I could admire for sure.

I don't want a perfect body, that same. I love food. I love food, which has led you to your entire business. Okay, so let's just like briefly talk about like your name, cheese cow.

A lot of reef. We're going to like very, very long time talk about your name today. Cheese cow. I love it. You make the charcuterie boards in national, like, yeah, or the it of the it, charcuterie board, like party, girl, planner, make it happen.

Razzle dazzle. How did you get started? I know it involves your godmother and parents. Oh my gosh. It's literally the wildest thing. Okay. So my godmother is essentially like worlds most incredible hostess. Right.

And so, but we're like close, like, she really is my second mom, for sure. And so I would do the sea bovers with her when I'm all growing up from little girl to like, still now, like, who's been in the night or house.

And so I was about 15 this one particular night. And she brings out this platter. We're like in our pajamas. Okay. And she makes it like this fabulous spread. And I'm like, care.

Her name is care care. So we call our care bear. Like her name. Her real name is like C-A-F-E. It's actually K-A-R care.

You like the most caring person in the world. Yes. People are their names. I'm just that.

Oh, I believe it totally because she's just an angel. Um, so I said care. Like teach me care bear. And she goes, okay.

K-A-R couple of things. She says always have a chilled bottle of champagne. Okay. These are like your fridge. These are the world's life. You have a store and you have merch. You need to make this merch. Like either on like, I think I think about that like a dish towel or like on a coffee mug or even on your rules.

Rules of cheese cow cheese. Oh my gosh. And then you could even put it on like a cheese board or your napkins. Like, so here are your rules. This needs to be part of your march.

Because she goes, you'll never know when you have unexpected guests come over. And this is before like phones were that big. Like now we text and I'm on my way, but like people would just show up for it.

So she goes have a chilled bottle of champagne, have some grapes, mozzarella crackers, nuts, olives, prosciutto, all this stuff. It's a bit together. A tray.

And then what else does she tell me? I'll show us something else, but these are the two top things that I remember. And so she literally showed me how to put it together. And she said, court, look, like

If you can take something delicious and make it look beautiful. That's what's impressive. But you can throw it together. These are things that, you know, have a shelf life and you just have them in your fridge ready to go.
