0:07.0	And I want to do a little bit of an analysis of what's going on.
0:11.0	Numbers to remember, 3, 3, and 3, and 5 to 4. Let me explain. If Hillary Clinton had
0:20.0	won the election, this would be a six to three liberal progressive
0:24.8	Supreme Court. Think about that. Six to three liberal progressive
0:29.1	Supreme Court instead of six to three conservative, ultra-conservative and MAGA Supreme Court and you see the
0:35.8	rulings that have happened as a result.
0:38.1	That means the November election is important not just because you like or don't like a debate performance.
0:43.5	It has to do with the United States Supreme Court
0:45.9	and its rulings over the next 10, 15, and 20 years.
0:49.3	Because appointees, the United States Supreme Court
0:51.8	usually come in at around age 50 and they
0:54.6	stay till around age 80 meaning it's going to be at least two to three generations
1:00.1	that are going to be impacted and affected by the rulings of this Supreme Court.
1:04.4	Is it going to be conservative? Is it going to be progressive? Is it going to be
1:08.2	down the middle centrist? Which is it America? Right now it is
1:13.2	obvious two major things happened that we were able to spot during this last term
1:18.9	that went from October until just the last drop of the immunity decision in July.
1:24.0	Two, developments that we will continue to keep an eye on
1:30.0	and mean something to average Americans.
1:32.0	One, there is a centrist block in the middle of the court.
1:36.1	It is right of center, but it is centrist. It is John Roberts. It is Kavanaugh, and it is Amy Coney Barrett who is quickly becoming a potential swing vote.
