Correction. Oh, correction, correction, correction, how do we feel or what do we think of when we hear this word,

correction? I almost imagine in my mind like an angry school teacher with a red pen correcting your spelling

mistakes and saying where you're wrong and telling you that's a grammar error and

how to do it correctly and it can feel a bit intimidating and certainly not very nice right?

Like when we're corrected we're like oh it feels like almost a bit of a slap on the

wrist like we're doing it wrong we need to be better. Well my friends I would

like to offer a different point of view today and it's this I love it. What do I mean by that? I'm going to give you a couple of examples here.

I do Pilates here in Miami and in New York I

used to do a lot of yoga and my favorite teachers were the ones who did what they called hands-on corrections right so moving

your body into the right position to get the pose right or to get the move right.
