This is the movement of the Holy Family, leading people to Jesus through friendship, good

conversation, and the Rosary.

So welcome to our rosary meditation.

I am blessed this evening to be at the home of David and Torek Hobb.

They've had friends over and we had an amazing meal.

Now we're sitting outside in such a beautiful evening.

We're going to pray the rosary together.

So let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for, especially for Steve White, that he can

receive a new heart and for the healing of little Olivia Caneli. Now, today is the feast of

Corpus Christi, the day that we celebrate the fact that the Eucharist

really is the real presence of Jesus, body, blood, soul, and divinity. And this feast comes

about because of an amazing miracle that took place in the year 1263. A German priest, Peter of Prague,

stopped at the town of Bolzana, north of Rome. Any of you who have vacationed in Tuscany

can probably picture the region. But this priest, Peter, he suffered

doubts about the real presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. He doubted that after the consecration,

the host is no longer bred, but the risen, living Jesus Christ, body, blood, soul, and divinity.

Peter prayed to the Lord to increase his faith.

Lord, I believe, he said, help my unbelief.

The next day when he was celebrating mass at the tomb of St. Christina,

an early martyr of the church,
