1:17.0	And what does that even mean? Like, well, he that in other words, he is the leader that is helping to develop or create a culture in this church that and to put it in the best possible light, you know, that honors the Lord and is making disciples and all that stuff.

1:37.7	Pastors fine and Elder is fine, like we're good with that.
