In Northern Ireland, from the late 70s to the early 90s, the IRA killed over 40 alleged informers.

But the man who often found, tortured and sometimes killed these people on behalf of the IRA

was himself an informer, a secret British army agent with the codename Stakeknife.

independent, but yes, unprecedented times, of course, and also one of huge anxiety. I've never

known such grief, such anguish, such confusion among travellers

and of course the many, many good people who work in the travel industry, which if you go back

to the start of the year, was expecting a record 2020, sending more people to more places,

delivering better experiences, better value more safely than ever before. And now, sadly, the whole travel industry is rather

on life support. The sheer volume of emails that we've had in, and we've had hundreds and

hundreds, it's almost been unprecedented in our inbox. And we're going to try and cover,

well, we will cover some specific questions that we've had in. But we're going to start off with

some more broad questions, which hopefully, and your answers, I'm sure, will help a lot of people

who we can't answer directly. Flights are still coming in and going out of the UK, which has surprised some people.
