0:22.8	The coronavirus pandemic is having a usually disproportionate impact on minority communities.
0:29.4	This week, Maryland reported that African-Americans and other minorities
0:33.3	accounted for more than half the 103 deaths from the virus in that state.
0:38.3	That fits in with a national picture in which counties that are majority black
0:42.5	have three times the rate of infections and almost six times the rates of death
0:47.1	as counties where white residents are in the majority,
0:50.3	according to a Washington Post analysis.
