Here we go. Well, we've mentioned the Steelcage Death Match meeting before in passing but this is probably one of those things that is it doesn't happen all that frequently but when it does it's important and you want to be prepared so this probably

absolutely does deserve its own guidance. Yeah I think this is one of the

examples of why people get frustrated in management because the way you learn is you have to do

something the first time nobody's told you anything about it and you fail at it you do

poorly at it and that's true of a lot of things we do in our lives, but when it comes to management, it affects our career.

And many of us believe that your career is trying to avoid a mistake that's big enough to have a mark against you that lasts for a couple of years.

And the thing too is it affects other people, particularly when it comes to Steelcage death matches.
