1:02.2	Yeah, well the growth in hiring
1:04.8	is happening on anyone who is involved
1:09.2	with computer engineering and hardware. I've seen a lot of need for people to basically keep the systems up
1:17.0	that we all rely on today.
1:19.0	And if you are someone who is we're doing this know this call we are relying on the network
1:24.4	to be able to stay up while we do it we have I've got everyone in my home is right now
1:28.9	on a screen trying to do school or whatever it is they're doing and those networks have to stay up.
1:36.4	So if you are involved at all in any kind of networking, you're hiring.
