Man, I'm doing well.

We just did an interview with Matt and I've got to say if you're a young kid out there and you

want to be a good basketball player or good at anything in your life,

like hang on to every word that he shares in this interview

because I'm telling you if you do,

if you can capture what Matt has from a not just talent standpoint

but a maturity and perspective standpoint, like there's a reason he's having the success that is it was a really really impressive interview that right there is what we call it tease Scott Christopherson we will have Matt Thomas one of the great shooters in Iowa State history on the podcast here shortly.

Real quick, first, we got a couple things to hit on. Obviously, there's been some news in Iowa State Circles. The big piece, O'Shun Niyi, could announce in his commitment last week,

six foot 10 center from St. Bonaventure two-time Atlantic 10 defensive player of the year.

One of the great shot or one of the best shop lockers in all of college basketball.

Man, in everything I've heard about this kid, everybody that you talked to about him,

immediately the first word they say, game changer. He's a game changing type of player

on the defensive end. And a shot blocker Iowa State just didn't have last year.

You know, and if there was obviously, Iowa State's defense was really, really good.

Number five in the country in defensive efficiency to end the season.

But if you were gonna find one thing

that was kind of a knock and you and I talked about this a lot,

it was that rim protection element.
