and my team's prospering and we're making money but i literally have no fucking idea what i'm doing

i'm just a sales guy that's really good at selling this stuff, taught other people to sell it too,

needed some help. Now we're all in the trenches, having a team that's successful. But I don't know

how to lead these people, man. All I can do is teach them sales. All I can do is teach them how to do

this job. I don't know how to lead them. And I talk to business owners every day that are in similar situations.
